I looked forward to checking this one out, and it is smooth, maybe too smooth…. In fact, we felt is was a bit weak, though it still fits the profile for a classic cup of coffee. Since it is a light roast, we expected the aroma to be slightly less defined, and that the flavor may not compare to a medium roast. While it is free of any bitter notes and the finish is clean, we still felt this one could be a little stronger.
